Registering multiple people

One account can register several people for your event in a single visit — for example, a parent signing up their children, or a group registering together. Each person gets a complete, independent registration: their own form answers, their own seat or room selection, their own payment, and their own ticket.

Turning it on

Open your event's Settings → Signup Limits and enable "Allow registering multiple people." The option is off by default. Turn it on for events where one account should be able to register more than one person.

How it works for the person registering

Add the Registrants Switcher block to your event page (Web Builder, Registration block category), usually just above the signup form. Make sure it has no conditional visibility applied to it, so it stays accessible at all times. The block shows a roster:

• Everyone being registered, listed starting with the account holder.
• An "Add another person" button to add someone by name (and an optional email).
• A "Continue" action on each person to switch to them.

The selected person becomes the active registrant — the signup form, seating or room picker, and payment button on the page all apply to them. Switching to another person and completing the form for them creates a separate registration, so two people can pick different seats and are paid for separately.

Payment

Each person is paid for individually, through your normal checkout. On the account's tickets page, every registrant appears as their own entry with its own payment status and ticket, labelled with their name.

What organizers see

In your Participants list, each registered person appears as their own row under their own name — not the account holder's. If someone was added without their own email, the account holder's email is shown so you always have a way to reach them.

Good to know

• A registrant can be removed until they've paid; after payment, removal goes through you as the organizer.
• Capacity counts each person individually, so a group of three uses three spots — counted once payment is complete, the same rule as for a single registration.
