Managing your participant list
The Participants section lists everyone who has signed up. It's a powerful table built around your registration form.
See everyone
Each row is a participant, with columns for their form answers, their payment status, and their check-in status. Any plugins you've enabled can add their own columns too.
Find and organize
- Search for a participant by name or details.
- Sort by any column to order the list.
- Filter to focus on a group — for example, those not yet checked in.
- Select several at once to act on them together.
A powerful combination is filtering and selecting. You might for example filter all those participants that have not yet paid, select them and send a email reminder to all of them.
Make changes
You can edit a participant's answers inline, and remove participants when needed. Payment and check-in have their own actions — see Payment & check-in status.
Waitlist
If your event uses a waitlist, manage it here: reorder entries, promote someone into an open spot, or remove an entry. You find the waitlist at the bottom of the page, below the participants table.
Going further
- Export the list for offline use — see Exporting participant data.
- Ask questions about your attendees in plain language — see Analyzing attendees with AI.
