Managing your subscription

Manage your plan from Subscription in your organization. Billing runs through Stripe, so payments and invoices are handled securely.

Change your plan

Switch to a higher or lower tier whenever you need to. Upgrades take effect right away and raise your limits immediately. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing.

The downgrade guard

If you try to move to a smaller plan while you're still using more than it allows — too many events or team seats, for example — the change is held back until you're within the new plan's limits. This stops you from accidentally losing access to events or members. Free up what you no longer need, then downgrade.

Payment details & cancelling

Use the billing portal (opened from the Subscription page) to update your payment method, see past invoices, or cancel your subscription. See Billing FAQ & invoices for details.
