Slot Booking

The Slot Booking plugin lets attendees reserve a place in specific slots — workshops, sessions, tour times, anything that needs sign-ups per option.

Define your slots

Each slot has:

• A name shown to attendees.
• A capacity — the maximum number of bookings, or leave it blank for unlimited.
• An optional extra cost added when the slot is chosen.
• An optional image, and optional start and end times so the slot can also appear in your event calendar.

You can also set conditional visibility so a slot only shows when it's relevant.

How attendees book

Add a slot-booking block to your event page, or let attendees pick a slot at the Terminal during check-in. You can allow people to book more than one slot, show how many spots are left, and even show who else has booked.

On the admin side

A roster shows who's in each slot, and each participant's chosen slots appear in your participant table.

Slots with times can surface on your Calendar, giving attendees a schedule view of what they've booked.
