Seating: reserved seat maps

The Seating plugin turns an event into a reserved-seat experience: you design a visual seat map, and attendees choose where they sit.

Build your seat map

Use the seat-map editor to lay out sections, rows, and seats to match your venue. Group seats into categories — for example, Stalls, Balcony, VIP — and give each category its own price. Large venues with thousands of seats are fully supported.

How attendees choose a seat

Add a seating block to your event page so attendees pick an exact seat, or let them take any seat in a category. Seats can also be chosen at the Terminal during check-in. Taken seats update in the background, so two people can't grab the same one.

On the admin side

Each participant's assigned seat shows in your participant table, and you can change or assign seats yourself when needed.

Localized labels

The words shown to attendees (Section, Row, Seat, and so on) can be set per language, so the map reads naturally for everyone.

Seating pairs well with wallet passes — an attendee's seat can appear right on their ticket.
