Drive: storing & sharing files
Drive is your file storage inside FireVue Events. Use it for anything your event needs — speaker decks, floor plans, contracts, images for your pages, and the files attendees upload through your form.
Organize your files
- Upload files and group them into folders — use the Upload button, or simply drag files from your computer onto the folder view.
- Rename and move items to keep things tidy.
- Files are private by default — only people you grant access to can see them.
Drive exists at both the organization level (shared across everything) and the event level (specific to one event).
Share with the right people
Give others access with a role — viewer, editor, admin, or owner — so collaborators can do exactly what they need and no more. You can also create a shareable link when that's easier.
Storage and your plan
Your plan includes a storage quota. If you're running low, tidy up unused files or upgrade — see Plans & what's included.
