Participants Display
The Participants Display plugin shows a public grid of the people attending your event. It's a lovely touch for conferences, meetups, and community events where attendees want to see who else is coming.
Opt-in by design
Only participants who consent to appear are shown — no one is listed without choosing to be. That keeps the feature friendly and privacy-respecting.
What you can configure
- Profile pictures — let participants add a photo to their card.
- Name format — choose how names appear on the grid.
- Paid only — optionally show only participants whose payment is complete.
- Display limit — cap how many cards show, with your own overflow text for the rest.
- Empty-state text — a friendly message shown before anyone has opted in.
Adding it to your page
Once enabled, add the Participants Grid block to your event page in the Web Builder, and importantly don't forget to add the Participant Profile block to the account page, so that participants can opt in.
🌟 Pair this with the rest of your event page to build anticipation and a sense of community before the day arrives.
