Plans & what's included
Your plan is attached to your organization and sets what you can do and how much. You choose it when you create the organization and can change it any time.
What a plan controls
- Limits — how many events you can run, team seats you have, storage for files in Drive, and AI credits for the assistant.
- Features — whether your pages are white-label (no FireVue branding) and which premium plugins are included.
- Per-ticket fee — a small commission on paid registrations. See Ticket fees & commission.
Monthly or annual
Each plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is typically cheaper over the year. You pick the interval when you subscribe and can switch later.
Up- & Downgrading
You can up- and downgrade at any time. If you upgrade you will be accredited the money for the already running tier and the changes will become effective immediately. If you downgrade, a prompt might require you to free storage, team seats or events. This is to prevent from accidental loss, you choose what to change to be within the limits of a lower tier.
Seeing the current plans
Exact prices, limits, and what's included in each tier are always up to date on the pricing page. To change your plan, see Managing your subscription.
💡 Tip: If you bump into a limit — say the maximum number of events or team seats — that's your plan talking. Upgrading raises the limit immediately.
