Event settings reference
Open Settings inside an event to configure it. The options fall into a few groups.
Basics
- Name — your event's title, shown to attendees.
- Contact email — where attendee questions go.
- Location — the venue or address.
- Start & end — the date and time your event runs.
Branding
Each event has its own look, so it can match your organization or stand on its own:
- Logo, favicon & banner — images shown on the event's pages.
- Colors — the event's palette, set through its style manager.
- Languages — which languages this event offers and the default one. See SEO & multi-language pages.
💡 Tip: Prefer not to click through every field? Describe the change you want to the AI assistant and it will update the settings for you.
Signup Limits
- Capacity — the maximum number of participants for the event.
- Registration Closure – There are two different ways a registration may close, you choose:
- Sign-up deadline — after a deadline which you set, users will not be able to pay to signup anymore. Optionally you can also lock all other price-affecting changes.
- Waitlist — let people join a waiting list once you're full, with a time-limited window to pay when a spot opens. This means registration always stays open, and is only managed by the amount of participants. See Capacity, availability & waitlists.
Payment Settings
- Payment method — Stripe to charge online, or manual to show your own payment instructions instead. See Collecting payments with Stripe.
- Base price & currency — the ticket price (set to free, or charge an amount).
- Ticket confirmation email — optionally email participants when their ticket is ready, with your own message text. See Confirmation & notification emails.
