Data export & deletion

You stay in control of your data and your attendees' data — including getting it out and removing it.

Export your data

Export your participant list, with everyone's registration answers and uploaded files, from the event's Participants section. See Exporting participant data.

Delete an event's data

Removing participants from an event deletes their registration data for that event. Manage this from your participant list.

Delete an organization

Deleting an organization permanently removes it and everything inside it — events, pages, files, and participant data. This can't be undone. You'll find it in the organization settings danger zone.

Delete your account

You can delete your personal account from your account settings. This is separate from deleting an organization.

Handling attendee requests

Because the personal data attendees give you is yours to manage, you're responsible for honoring their requests (such as access or deletion). The tools above let you find, export, and remove that data. See Data processing & the DPA for how responsibilities are split.
