Get Started

Setting up an event on FireVue Events is genuinely quick. The moment you create an event and select a template, the essentials are already in place: you have a working event with a registration page and a dashboard. Everything after that is just refining the details — and you can do it in any order, whenever you're ready.

When you create an event, a short setup dialog walks you through the decisions that matter most. It helps you pick a starting template and fill in the key information, so your event looks good from the very first minute. From there, you can dive as deep as you like.

💡 Tip: Fill in your basic information (Event Name, Dates, Location) right at the beginning, then the AI assistant can help you set things up most efficiently.

Your setup roadmap

We recommend this order. The first three steps already get you a live event; the rest make it shine.

1. Create your organization and event

Your organization is your home base, and every event lives inside it. Start here: Create your account & organization, then create your first event.

2. Pick a template and set the essentials

In the setup dialog, choose a template and enter what attendees care about most — your event name, date & time, and location. That alone is enough to have a presentable event page, as you AI assistant, will fill out your page on your command.

3. Set up your sign-up form

Decide what to collect from your attendees: age, interests, dietary needs — whatever you need. See Build your registration form.

4. Fill your pages with your content

Flesh out your event page in the Web Builder with your text, images, and branding. Don't want to do it by hand? Let the AI assistant fill the template for you — just describe your event and it drafts the content, which you can then tweak.

5. Publish, share, and check in

When you're happy, publish and share your event page. On event day, check in your guests in seconds.
