Keep attendees informed automatically — the right email at the right moment, in their language.

Ticket confirmation email

You can have FireVue email each participant when their ticket becomes available (for example, once their registration is complete or their payment clears). This is enabled in your event's settings by default.

Customizing the message

The email comes with sensible default wording, but you can replace it with your own — and because the text is stored per language, each attendee gets it in theirs. Use it to welcome people, share what to bring, or set expectations for the day.

What attendees get

Along with the confirmation, attendees can add their ticket to their phone as a QR code and optionally an Apple or Google Wallet pass. See Apple & Google Wallet passes.

💡 Tip: If confirmation emails aren't arriving, check the troubleshooting guide — it's usually a spam-filter or address issue.
