Photo Pool

The Photo Pool plugin gives your event a shared gallery: attendees upload their photos (and videos), and everyone enjoys them in one place — perfect for capturing the atmosphere of a live event.

Upload and browse

Add an upload block so attendees can contribute, and a gallery block to display the pool on your page. There's also a fullscreen slideshow that cycles through the photos — great for a screen at the venue. Access the slideshow through the plugin settings and then click Slideshow on the left below Plugin Pages.

Photos and videos

• Photos are automatically scaled down and converted to JPEG, keeping the pool fast to load.
• Videos are stored as they are (MP4 / H.264 is recommended), with an upload size limit you set.
• You control the maximum photo size and how long each photo shows in the slideshow.

Who can contribute

The pool is for your participants — the people who signed up for the event — so contributions stay within your audience.
