Apple & Google Wallet passes

Attendees can carry their ticket as a wallet pass — the kind that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, complete with a scannable code for check-in. Configure passes under Sign-up form → Wallet passes (event editor access required).

Turn passes on

There's a master switch that must be on for any pass to work, plus a separate toggle for Google Wallet and Apple Wallet so you can offer one or both.

What's on the pass

Choose what attendees see on their ticket:

  • Event location — show the venue.
  • Event date & time — show when it's happening.
  • Extra fields — add details pulled from the attendee's form answers or from plugin data (for example, a seat or a ticket tier).

Why it's useful

A wallet pass means attendees always have their ticket on hand, and its code works directly with the Terminal for fast check-in on event day.

Passes pair naturally with the ticket confirmation email — attendees get their pass right when their ticket is ready.
