Adding event team members

Sometimes you want a helper on just one event — a volunteer working the door, or a partner helping with a single occasion — without giving them access to all your events. Event-level team access does exactly that.

Invite someone to an event

From the event, invite a person by email and choose their role for that event: viewer, editor, or admin. They get an invitation link; accepting it gives them access to this event only. Pending invitations can be cancelled, and you can change or remove a member's access later.

For what each role can do, see Roles & permissions.

Event access vs. organization access

  • Event member — access to this one event.
  • Organization member — access across the whole organization and all its events. See Inviting & managing your team.

If someone has a role at both levels, the higher one applies for this event.

💡 Tip: For someone helping across several events, an organization role is simpler than inviting them to each event one by one.
