Exporting participant data
Need your attendee data outside FireVue — for a printed list, badges, catering numbers, or your own reporting? Export it from the Participants section.
What's included
The export contains your participants and their registration answers as well as data from plugins which you find in the table, so every column you collected comes along. Files that attendees uploaded through file-upload fields are included as names only. You find the actual files, you continue to find in the drive. See Drive: storing & sharing files
Using the export
It is always recommended to work with the FireVue Events participants table, since the export is only a snapshot at the moment, and is quickly outdated. Use it when working with external services, where giving access is not an option.
Handling personal data responsibly
An export contains personal information about real people. Share it only with those who need it, store it securely, and delete copies when you're done. For how FireVue handles data and supports deletion requests, see Data export & deletion and the Security & privacy overview.
💡 Tip: For questions like "how many vegetarians?" or "average age," you often don't need an export at all — just ask the AI assistant.
