Plugin settings reference
Every plugin works the same way to enable and configure, even though each one does something different. This page covers the shared mechanics.
Enable a plugin
Open Plugins from your event, find the plugin, and enable it. Premium plugins require a plan that includes them — see Plans & what's included.
Configure its settings
Each plugin has its own settings panel with the options relevant to it. Text-based settings (labels, messages, button text) can usually be set per language, so attendees see them in theirs.
Where a plugin's features appear
Depending on the plugin, enabling it can add:
- Page blocks — drag them onto your pages in the Web Builder.
- Terminal steps — add them to your check-in flow in the terminal builder.
- Participant columns — extra columns in your participant table.
- Admin tools — dedicated screens like a seating editor or a slot roster.
Per-plugin guides
For the specifics of each one, see its own page: Seating, Slot Booking, Photo Pool, Participants Display, and Signature.
💡 Tip: Not sure where a plugin's block went after enabling it? It's waiting in the Web Builder's block list (and, for check-in plugins, the terminal builder).
