Analyzing attendees with AI
Instead of exporting a spreadsheet and building formulas, you can simply ask the AI assistant about your attendees. It reads your event's sign-up data and answers in seconds.
What you can ask
- Totals and trends — "How many people have signed up?", "How are registrations trending?"
- Breakdowns — "How many chose each ticket type?", "What's the split by t-shirt size?"
- Statistics — averages, minimums, and maximums, including age worked out from a date-of-birth field.
- Comparisons — cross-tabulate two fields, like "ticket type by city."
- Specific people — "Find the registration for Jordan Lee."
It works across both your form fields and fields added by plugins.
How to use it
Open the assistant from inside your event and ask in plain language. It favors aggregate answers (counts, percentages, averages) and only lists individual people when you actually ask for them. Because you're an admin, it can include names and emails where that's needed to identify someone.
Good to know
The assistant answers from your real data, so the numbers are always current. For the bigger picture of what the assistant can do, see Meet the in-app assistant.
