Build a registration form
Every event has a registration form — the questions attendees answer when they sign up. You build simply it with a drag-and-drop editor.
How it works
Open Sign-up form from your event, then drag fields onto the form and arrange them in any order. Each field has a label and can be marked required or optional. You can build the form in multiple languages — every label is stored per language, so attendees see it in theirs.
You do not need to ask users for their name or email! These are collected automatically for you at signup.
The fields you can add
- Text — a single line, for things like a name or company.
- Text area — a longer, multi-line answer.
- Number — numeric input, with optional minimum and maximum.
- Dropdown — pick one option from a list.
- Checkboxes — pick several from a list (you can allow a custom "other" entry).
- Radio buttons — pick exactly one (custom "other" optional too).
- Date — a date, optionally with a time.
- File upload — let attendees upload files (stored privately in your Drive).
For the full details of every field and its options, see the Field types reference. For the bigger picture of the editor, see the Form Builder overview.
💡 Tip: Dropdown, checkbox, and radio options can carry a price and a capacity — that's how you sell ticket types or add-ons and cap how many of each are available. See Free & paid registration.
Next step
Once your form is ready, share and publish your event page.
